• For all customers, our company will send the technicians to the construction site or call the users for survey no matter the product is in warranty period or not. The person will visit the users, improve the products and settle the issues on the site.

• The after service staff will provide training in terms of the site operation, daily maintenance, common troubleshooting and unforeseen circumstances, and settle the troubles occurred in the operation.

• By providing site service and remote control guiding service through telephone, fax and internet to settle the issues and problems during the operation of the product. The company provides lifelong service for all users, and paid service for products which are beyond the warranty. 

• Reinforce the pre-sale and after sales service. Put the 24-hour service, advanced service, overall service and lifelong service in the process of product manufacturing, installation, adjustment, repair and parts preparation.
